Seed membership is designed for individuals who want to stay connected, informed, and engaged with the HARVEST community. It is made for researchers, solar professionals, farmers, and other California agrivoltaics enthusiasts.

Seed members receive:

Sprout membership is designed for medium-scale growers, EPCs, consultancies, and other organizations seeking to tap into an expanding agrivoltaics network.

Sprout members receive all Seed benefits plus:

Bloom membership is designed for larger organizations requiring technical support, public alignment, and participation in California agrivoltaics affairs.

Free membership & equitable access

HARVEST California is committed to ensuring that cost is not a barrier to participating in agrivoltaics education, resources, and community.

We offer free memberships to individuals and organizations who:

Live or work in California Disadvantaged or Low-Income Communities (as identified by state tools such as CalEnviroScreen)
Serve historically underserved communities, small and mid-scale farmers, farmworkers, Tribes, or rural regions, or;
Have limited financial resources

Eligibility is based on a simple self-attestation during sign-up, no income documentation required. All information is kept confidential.

How long does membership last?

Membership is billed annually and provides access for one year from the date of signup.

Can I update my membership later?

Yes. Individual members and organizations can inquire about upgrading or transitioning to a different membership level at any time.

Is Seed membership for organizations?

No. Seed membership is intended for individuals. Organizations, institutions, and companies should inquire about Sprout or Bloom membership options.

Is membership a donation?

No. HARVEST membership is a business or professional expense and provides access to programs, benefits, and services. It is not a charitable donation.
