Kathryn Beros
Executive Director
Kathryn is the founder of KAP Industry, an agrivoltaics solution provider focused on water conservation and community building. She has over a decade of experience in agriculture and water solutions, value chain leadership, and organizational development, including establishing the nature practice at a global consultancy. She holds a B.S. from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
Michelle Cox
Program Manager
Michelle brings a 25-year track record of success in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and growth operations as a marketing executive in the technology industry. She holds a M.S. in Environmental Management, with a concentration in climate and energy, from the University of San Francisco. Her award-winning capstone research explored the agrivoltaics opportunity in California, with an emphasis on the potential resilience and economic benefits for communities in the Central Valley and across the state.
